C²Géo is an expert consultancy firm created in 2007 continuing on from the business of chartered surveyor, J.M. Dance. After the initial growth phase, the engineering firm C²Project acquired a majority stake in 2017, converting into ABC²4D in 2019 and then C²Géo in 2025.
The strength of C²Géo, with projects in Belgium and abroad, is down to its dynamic team of young chartered surveyors, all legally recognised and regulated by the Belgian Order of Certified Surveyors. The leadership and management is taken care of by the joint managers, who inspire the increasing desire to move forward with new challenges and projects.
The C²Géo team is at your service across 3 major areas:
• Topographical surveys for all construction and infrastructure projects,
• 3D scanner or drone measurement work for architecture, industry and heritage sites,
• Surveys to identify demarcation and division of real-estate projects.

With a passion for the practical aspect and the variety that the profession of expert surveyor entails, combining hands-on expertise with a scientific and legal approach, I work closely with teams on the field, and take care of the management of our boutique firm.
C²Géo provides support with the foundations of the studies and plans of C²Project, whilst enabling both public and private clients to benefit from our vast experience.
As founder, partner and managing director of C²Project, after completing my engineering studies, I quickly gained experience in the corporate world, specialising in infrastructure and remediation.
The profession of project designer/author soon became apparent as the obvious path. Founding C²Project has given me the opportunity to build on my leadership skills and cultivate my entrepreneurial spirit.
With over 30 years’ experience as a landscape architect, I design and roads and public spaces, with an eye for combining quality, functionality and landscape integration.
I am passionate about soft mobility and about coming up with lasting and sustainable solutions to create more pleasant and accessible spaces.
My expertise also lies in street and road lighting and other public lighting projects, and I have assisted with several urban lighting plans, so that towns and cities can be seen in a new light once night falls.
An engineer by training, I quickly gained expertise in development of new neighborhoods with a focus on innovative solutions for projects such as the development of new neighbourhoods. Backed by a solid educational background, combined with a passion for project authoring and designing, I thrive on complex technical challenges and interacting with people at every level.
Working at C²Project allows me to learn daily how to work effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders, in order to achieve greater success and projects that excel long-term.

Engineering consulting firm SCHROEDER & ASSOCIES, a market leader in Luxembourg, acquires a majority stake in C²Project srl, C²infra srl and ABC²4D srl.
C²Project acquires SCENILUM – infrastructure consulting firm, and partners up with Isabelle Pire.
C²Infra is founded to take care of the northern Belgium market.
ABT Group and ABT 3D merge and become ABC²4D srl.
C²Project acquires ABT Group and ABT 3D - a firm of expert surveyors in Nivelles, and partners up with Antoine Hanotier.
Frank Decoster partners up with Fabian Keutgen to continue to grow C²Project.
